When we bought our last home, we relied on services like ZipRealty.com, Realtor.com, and other online listing sites to identify which homes we wanted to see. These were very helpful websites, but we knew that there were probably great houses on the market that we never went to see because there were no pictures online with their listings.
Even when there were pictures, we quickly learned about one or two pictures on most sites provide an adequate sense of the property. This led to a lot of running around and looking at houses that could have been avoided had we known more about the property upfront.
With those thoughts in mind, we wanted to create an online experience for viewing real estate property that most accurately showcases the property to help the potential buyer decide if the visit is worth their time.
